Is KYC required?
Yes. Vestex operates under a KYC-first policy. Verification takes 5–30 minutes and is handled by an automated vision pipeline. Card issuance and full feature access require completed KYC.
How do withdrawals work?
Pick asset, network, and destination address. Confirm with an email OTP plus your TOTP 2FA. Most withdrawals settle within the on-chain confirmation window of the destination network. No hidden spread on top of the network fee.
What assets and chains are supported?
289+ trading pairs on spot. For deposits and withdrawals, BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, USDC and other majors across 9 networks including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, BSC, and Tron.
Why don't you offer SMS 2FA?
SMS 2FA is vulnerable to SIM-swap attacks that have historically drained crypto accounts. We require authenticator-based TOTP with printable backup codes — it's a small extra step that closes a large attack surface.
How does the AI co-pilot use my data?
The co-pilot receives a context snapshot of your balances, open positions, and current page so it can give relevant answers. Conversations are not used to train external models. You can switch providers (Gemini, Claude, GPT) per message.
When does the Vestex Card ship?
Physical delivery typically arrives within 2–3 weeks after KYC and card request. Virtual card access is available immediately for online purchases.
