VESTEX Card Cardholder Agreement
1. Introduction
This Cardholder Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the VESTEX prepaid card (the "Card") issued by JDB Bank (the "Issuer") in partnership with Silver Capital Financial s.r.o ("VESTEX"). By applying for, receiving, or using the Card, you agree to this Agreement and the Issuer's own cardholder terms.
2. Card Issuance
The Card is issued subject to identity verification, completion of KYC, payment of applicable fees, and approval by the Issuer. VESTEX facilitates the application and funding but does not issue the Card.
3. Fees
- Issuance fee: charged at the time of application and is non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
- Initial deposit: required at issuance and credited to the Card balance.
- Load fee, FX spread, ATM fee, monthly maintenance fee, inactivity fee: as disclosed on the Service and in the fee schedule.
Fees may change on 30 days' notice.
4. Funding the Card
Card balances are funded from your VESTEX internal balance. VESTEX converts your selected digital asset or stablecoin into the Card's settlement currency at prevailing rates, less applicable fees. Funding is final once captured on your VESTEX ledger.
5. Using the Card
- The Card may be used at merchants that accept the card network brand displayed on the Card.
- Transactions are subject to authorisation, available balance, merchant category, country, and issuer limits.
- Some transactions (online gambling, cryptocurrency exchanges, adult services, high-risk merchants) may be blocked by the Issuer or VESTEX without notice.
6. Transaction Limits
Daily, monthly, per-transaction, and cumulative limits apply. Limits are disclosed in the Service and may be changed for regulatory or risk reasons.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorised Use
If your Card is lost, stolen, or used without your authorisation, notify VESTEX immediately at card-support@vestex.ai. Until notice is received, you may be liable for unauthorised transactions, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a Card transaction is incorrect or unauthorised, notify VESTEX within 60 days of the statement date. VESTEX will work with the Issuer and card network to investigate. Chargeback rights and timeframes are governed by card network rules.
9. Closure and Refunds
You may close your Card at any time by contacting support. Remaining balances will be returned to your VESTEX internal balance, net of any outstanding amounts owed. The Issuer may close your Card for inactivity, fraud, regulatory concerns, or violation of this Agreement.
10. Regulatory Status
The Card is a prepaid instrument. It is not a deposit account, is not insured by any deposit insurance scheme, and does not accrue interest. Funds on the Card are held by the Issuer under applicable law.
11. Privacy
Transaction data is shared between VESTEX, the Issuer, and card network providers for processing, authorisation, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. See our Privacy Policy for details.
12. Changes to this Agreement
VESTEX or the Issuer may amend this Agreement on notice. Continued use of the Card after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
