Moving over from DubaiCard?

Vestex is operated by Silver Capital Financial s.r.o, registered in the Czech Republic — the same company that operates DubaiCard.

Cards and the wallets funding them are transferring to Vestex group by group, beginning on the DubaiCard dashboard.

Start from your DubaiCard dashboard → my.dubaicard.io/vestex-migration/ — the notice kept on your dashboard.

How the migration works.

1

Open your DubaiCard dashboard

Sign in where you always have, at my.dubaicard.io.

2

Accept when your group comes up

Cardholders are handed over in groups, and that dashboard’s notice sets out what to expect.

3

Finish here on Vestex

You set a password for the new account, and your card is run from vestex.ai.

Groups go out a few at a time; no option yet means your turn has not come.

Important

Your DubaiCard Wallet balance is carried into the Vestex account, while the Card available balance stays on the plastic, loading having only ever run one way. A card issued once the paid application was approved is neither cancelled nor replaced, so only its dashboard changes; where none was issued, none arrives.

The 600 USD Debit Card Issuance Fee bought the card in your hand and is not charged twice — anyone billing you again is not us. Begin only at the DubaiCard dashboard, never a message sent to you.

Questions or verification

Read this beside the notice on my.dubaicard.io: the two name each other deliberately, which no impostor could arrange.

Support inside that dashboard covers you while it is yours, then support@vestex.ai. Closing date for the DubaiCard dashboard: to be confirmed.
