This Debit Card Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Cardholder") and VESTEX Ltd. ("VESTEX"), a company registered in the British Virgin Islands. By applying for and using the VESTEX Visa Debit Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Upon successful identity verification (KYC) and payment of applicable fees and initial deposit, VESTEX will issue a Visa debit card linked to your VESTEX bank account. Virtual cards are activated instantly. Physical cards are shipped to the address provided during KYC verification and require activation upon receipt.
ATM Withdrawal: Up to $20,000 per day
POS / Online Purchases: Up to $50,000 per day
Monthly Spending: Up to $200,000 per month
These limits may be adjusted based on account history and compliance requirements.
Card Issuance (Virtual + Physical): $450.00
Initial Bank Account Deposit: $150.00 (minimum, credited to your account)
ATM Withdrawal: $1.50 per transaction
Card Replacement (Lost/Stolen): $25.00
International Transaction: 1.5% of transaction amount
Annual Fee: $50.00 (from 2nd year, first year free)
If you believe your card has been lost, stolen, or used without your authorization, contact us immediately at support@vestex.ai. You may also write to VESTEX Ltd. at the address provided on our website. Prompt notification limits your liability for unauthorized transactions.
If you believe there is an error on your statement or receipt, contact us within 60 days of the date the error appeared. Include your name, card number, the dollar amount of the suspected error, and a description of the error. We will investigate and resolve the matter within 10 business days (up to 45 days for complex cases). During investigation, provisional credit may be applied to your account.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
